We Are First Graders!

It is hard to believe that this year is over! It has flown by and I am so proud of all 26 kids in our class! They have grown physically, academically, socially and emotionally! It is hard to put into words how much I will miss them over the summer but it is comforting to know that I will get to see most of them in the fall. 

I do want to give a quick recap of the highlights of our day! 

We came to school and saw this on our door!

Then we finished our readers theater!

Camping Day and Field Day!

Wow! What a fun filled day we had! It was calling day! We streets our day with a camping word find!

It was also our last day in tents, so we made the most of it!

Then our first group presented their readers theater! The group did, The Lion and the Mouse! They did a wonderful job.

A sea of s'mores to fuel us up for field day!

Field day fun! Thank you to everyone for coming and helping! We had a wonderful time!

Tomorrow we are rock stars, because we will be rocking into first grade!!

Dinosaur Day!

Today was dinosaur day at Camp Learmed A Lot! 

Our morning work was to make fossils with dinosaurs and playdoh!

We love spending time in the tents! 

Then we made volcanos! We made a scene with our volcano and dinosaurs and then went outside to explode them!
