Writing Goals

One great thing about having teacher work days is that I can sit down with every child's writing journal and read all of the pages. This helps me give every child their own individual writing goal. This is what your child is working on in their writing to become an even better writer. Some kids are working on adding a label each day, some are working on leaving a finger space between their words, while others are working on putting their letters where they go on the line.
